These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cobalt Ledger website and services operated by Cobalt Ledger Ltd. ("Cobalt Ledger", "we", "us"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, or use them to store or transmit unlawful content.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Cobalt Ledger has no per-seat software fee on the Starter plan; revenue comes from interchange and a 0.9% fee on non-USD transactions. The Scale plan adds approval workflows, accounting integrations, and multi-entity support for a monthly platform fee. Enterprise terms are negotiated for high spend volumes. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
We work to keep the services available and reliable, and Enterprise plans include a contractual uptime commitment. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cobalt Ledger is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify customers by email or through the product.
